When I use Knowledge Server 2.0 – 2.2 with IIS 5.1/6.0, I get an Invalid ProgID error when I try to view analysis files. What should I do?

IIS 5.1/6.0 moved some scripting objects out of the standard install and into other optional packages. Knowledge Server used some of these objects, and IIS creates the error when it can’t find them.
