From within Lotus Notes, go to File, Tools, and then User ID. Check the “Don’t prompt for a password from other Notes-based programs” box. For Lotus Notes 4.5/4.6 users, the option description is “Share password with Notes add-ins”. Once this box is checked, it will no longer ask for a password on every inserted event.
