When I use Find-it-Fast for searching or to find databases it only searches a few e-resources, like the online catalog but not much else. How can I access the rest of the Libraries e-resources?
The Libraries’ Find-It-Fast system requires that you log in, just like any of our other e-resources. Even if you are already logged into eRaider, Find-It-Fast may not recognize this. You can log in using the “Off-campus users log in here” link on the right-hand side of the Find-It-Fast header. If you think Find-It-Fast isn’t giving you access to the full range of our e-resources, then click that link, log in and try your search again. You should get better results. Please note: for Windows users there is a specific setting to check when using VPN to access the Library’s resources, this is noted in the instructions (step 16 for Windows Vista and step 15 for Windows XP).
