Occasionally after earlier steroidal treatment this phenomenon may occur. Gradual withdrawal from steroidal treatment is recommended before complete switch over to 777 Oil / Psorolin Ointment. In acute stages, if there is a flare up, restrict application to 777 Oil only under dilution with coconut oil. If there is an unlikely reaction that leads to inflammation, erythromycin, paracetmol and anti-allergens may be used under guidance.
