When I upload a customized logo in the logo area, it fails to load in all of the way, creating a cut-off logo effect. What can I do?

The workaround for this is that you need to compress your logo image down to 65k or below. Use JPG compression for best results. Also, if you would like us to help you, we will happily do so at no charge. Contact support@siteskins.net for help.
