When I upgraded to CCS 2.83 transfers to Grand Master payroll no longer worked. What can I do?
A. CCS version 2.83 incorporates changes to make the program Year 2000 Compatible. This included changes to transfer files to use 4-digit years instead of 2-digit years. CanPay, makers of Grand Master Payroll, are aware of the problem and will make the changes to their product’s import facility to accommodate the CCS changes. You should contact CanPay directly for the Grand Master update.
