When i turn computer on monitor says NO SIGNAL.?

If the cables are properly connected and the computer is powering up, then your problems are going to follow into one of the following. 1) your monitor has a dual input and it is currently set to the one that is not plugged in (I’ve been known to change this on my co-workers computer as a prank) 2) Your video card is defective – if your computer has a seperate video card, you can try moving the monitor cable to the one on the motherboard (if applicable) to test / confirm the monitor is fine and to also prove / disprove the video card is the issue. 3) Your computer has other serious issues, i.e. port on the motherboard damaged, power supply issues (computer may not be getting the correct voltage to specific parts of the motherboard) Since you’ve had issues with the power previously, #’s 3 and then 2 are real possibilities, but # 1 is the easiest to check / fix.
