When I try to sync my calendar, the message in the sync log is “invalid user information”. Whats wrong?
Make sure that syncing is functional in other areas. One reason syncing may not be occurring is if the user name in the desktop software does not match the user name in the PDA. (A CalAgenda resource is a nonpersonal account such as a conference room or a projector.) • If your name is a subset of another user’s name.
