Another program has installed some sort of a winsock dialer already. CompuServe’s software will do this, as well as other Internet Service Provider’s software. To solve this problem go into ‘C:\WINDOWS’ and ‘C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM’ and delete all files named ‘WINSOCK.DLL’ and re-install our software.
