When I try to run the GIA on a Windows 95 machine, I receive the error “Pure Virtual Function called.”?
Solution: If you are receiving this error, then you are probably running the FOOLPROOF security system on your network. Contact our hotline to obtain the updated version of the Glencoe Integrated Accounting program. You can also download it from our Updates section of this site. Choose the GLENCOE division and then choose the Glencoe Integrated Accounting update. You will simply need to copy the new START.EXE file into your current directory, and use it to start your program.
