This is a known bug in the application that occurs only with multi-part documents. When a document has attachments (like exhibits) and you click through from the docket sheet, you’ll see another web page that lists the various parts of the document, each with its own hyperlink. When you attempt to use the URL in an emailed Notice of Electronic Filing to retrieve a document, you end up looking at the HTML code for that page listing the multiple parts. You can be pretty sure that this is the bug you’re experiencing if you see the pattern “” enclosed in angle brackets <> near the top of the page you arrive at. This bug has been fixed in recent versions of the software and should not be a problem any longer.
