Sorry about this problem. It hasn’t affected many people, but if you’re one of the unlucky few, that’s not much consolation. Fortunately, it’s easy to fix. Your Macintosh incorrectly thinks that you’ve already installed everything you need to install, so all you have to do is help your computer forget it’s ever installed MacGAMUT 6. Select your Macintosh hard drive, and then open the folder labeled Library. Within the Library folder, open the Receipts folder. Scroll down until you find one or more MG 6 Installer files. The label for the original installation from the CD is MG 6 Installer.pkg, but you will probably also see one or more files from Update/UPGRADE installers such as MG 6.0.2 Installer.pkg or MG 6.0.3 Installer pkg. Drag ALL of these MG 6 Installer files to the trash can. You should now be able to reinstall MacGAMUT 6 from the original CD and then install the latest Update.
