When I try to open the SANGEA Startup File, why do I get the MicrosoftTM Visual Basic message: Compile error: Cant find project or library?

The SANGEA Addin file is not located in the same directory (folder) as your Startup file. Put the files in the same folder, and the Startup file should open properly.
