When I try to open the e-book in Adobe Acrobat Reader I get a file error message. Whats wrong?

Be sure that you are using the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most of our titles require Acrobat Reader 6.0 or newer, and earlier version of Acrobat Reader will not be able to open and display the e-books correctly.
