When I try to open a particular workbook, I get an error message such as “Item Folder Name.Item Name used by the workbook is missing. Would you like to continue?
A. There are two possible answers to this: • If the workbook is written in a Business Area that you know your account has access to, then it is possible that the item has been removed from the Business Area/Folder. Please contact the Lead User Expert for the Business Area. • Alternatively, it is possible that you have been granted access to a report that uses items in a Business Area that your account does not have access to. If you think that you should have access to the Business Area, please apply via IT Services User Access Request System.
