When I try to login to EZproxy I see a message saying Bad credentials supplied. What can I do?
If you see this message it means that you are inputting incorrect MWS details. It is possible that your MWS password has expired – all University users are now required to change their MWS password every three months (see this FAQ for more details about MWS password expiry). If your password has expired but you remember your old password, try to change your password. If you can’t remember your old MWS password and need to reset it please contact the Computing Services Helpdesk at helpdesk@liverpool.ac.uk, telephone: +44 (0) 151 794 4567.
