When I try to logging into BizLearn, it keeps saying “Invalid Username/Password.” What do I do?

Your BizLearn Username and Password is your Windows Login Username and Password. By default for users with a “ku” User ID your password is set to your Banner ID. If you have changed your Windows Login password at any time then your BizLearn password will reflect that change respectively. If you have forgotten the password, you can reset it here Forgot password. Also, make sure your caps lock key is turned off.
