When I try to log in using Xdrive Desktop, why is error code 2 or 403 displayed?
Make sure that you are using the correct domain setting. The domain should always be set to plus.xdrive.com, whether you are an Xdrive Plus subscriber or you are using an Xdrive Free account. Also, be sure that you are typing in your complete username when logging into your account. The username for Xdrive Free and Xdrive Plus subscribers is usually the e-mail address that you supplied when signing up.
