When I try to launch an online course or exam, I get a black loading screen, and then nothing else happens/my computer locks up. What is going on?
If you are in the same network environment as others who can load and run their content correctly when launched from an LMS but the content fails to load or run for you, then you may have the wrong version or no version of Java Virtual Machine installed on your PC. This is typically what the problem is when the above situation is experienced.
