None of our inspection reports or other software require a 25 character code, 25 character “activation key”, or “product key”. The most likely reason you are getting the message is that either Microsoft Windows is not properly installed or Microsoft Office is not properly installed. It may be that a trial version of Office was preinstalled on your PC and the trial time has expired or you have a new PC and Microsoft Windows has not yet been activated.
