When I try to export nutrition, exercise and journal data via email, the file I receive is empty. What could be the problem?
Some Wireless Carriers do not allow certain file types to be sent by email from 3rd party applications like Ascendo Fitness. To circumvent this problem we have included the data in the body of the message in addition to the attachment (Version 2.77 and above). If you do not receive the attachment then cut and paste the data from the body of the email into NotePad or another text editor. Save the file with a .CSV extension. Then import the file into Excel.
