When I try to e-mail quiz results, nothing appears in the e-mail message body. What is wrong?

First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Due to browser security restrictions, the email results feature will only work in Internet Explorer. Then, check that your email application is defined: Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Email, then specify your email application of choice. If you are still having problems, take a screen shot of the results page (PrtSc key, then paste into your e-mail and e-mail it to the e-mail address shown when you click the “E-mail Results” button.
