When I try to download a clip it prompts me for a password and my password isn working. Whats wrong?

This problem seems to be in relation to Real Player 7. You should use Real Player G2. If G2 isn’t letting you save the clips onto your hard drive directly, download the clip anyhow and it will be saved into a temporary file. From there you will be able to save it to a permanent file.
