This situation usually rises if you use network router to connect to the Internet. URL of login page (that the program displays) works if you try to connect from remote PC. If you want to login to My Remote Files from the local computer or from the local network (in test purposes), you should use your computer’s ip. For example: URL of login page https://200.200.200.200 Computer’s IP 192.168.1.2 To connect from a remote PC use https://200.200.200.200 To connect from the same PC use https://192.168.1.
