When I try to connect, a window pops up and asks me for my password. Whats wrong?
This is usually caused by one of two things. The first is the username or the password being typed in uppercase letters. In this case, retype both the username and the password in all lowercase. The second cause of this problem is that the account has been suspended. If you suspect this could be the case, contact the Helpdesk and we can correct the problem for you. Back to General Questions.
