Because Webmail uses the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) interface, it can sense when Microsoft Office has been installed on the local computer. OWA offers a variety of new HTML editing features through certain Office extensions. To resolve the issue, find the Office CD requested, insert it in your CD drive, and press OK at the prompt.
