When I try to close my e-mail program, I get a message that says that I have unsent messages in my outbox. What is going on?
You have either disconnected manually from the Internet, or your connection has been broken off for some other reason. Don’t worry, your messages are saved; they will automatically send themselves the next time you dial up to the Internet with your e-mail program open. If you would like to send them quickly: • Click No when you are asked if you would like to attempt to send the messages. • Close the e-mail program. • Restart the e-mail program, dial up to the Internet again. • The messages should automatically be sent. If they are not, it means you still are unable to connect to the Internet. • Close down your e-mail program and your entire computer system. • Wait 10 seconds. • Restart your computer, restart your e-mail program, and attempt to dial up to the Internet again. If this still does not work, please do not hesitate to call our technical support staff for assistance.
