When I try to activate my copy of Versomatic I get a message that says, “Cannot activate, please connect to internet and try again.” What can I do?
This has been reported with some dial-up connections (modem, DSL or ISDN) when using builds 267 or earlier. The solution is to download and install Versomatic for Windows build 277 or greater. Click here to download the latest Versomatic for Windows release. It is important that you remove the last release, restart, then install the new build and restart again.
