When I try to activate a term that generates a Microsoft Word document (letter, form, prescription) I get an OLE automation error message “Word or file cannot be found.” How can I correct this?

It is likely that the Windows registry of Microsoft Word on your computer has been corrupted. The easiest way to correct this is to uninstall Microsoft Word and then reinstall it, just on the computer with this problem. Doing this should correct the Windows registry settings.
