When I try to access the DigiStore, I get error messages about security. Is there something Im doing wrong?
You’re not doing anything wrong, but you might not have the right browser version. Most often this is a problem with your browser version or configuration. Download the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer and run the installer. Or you may only need to install a more “secure” version of the browser you are running now in order to use the secure transaction process at the DigiStore. Security updates are available for both browsers, either at their website or from sites like www.versiontracker.com for Mac downloads, or www.download.com for Windows and Mac downloads. We have seen this even with some users with IE version 5.5 for windows, but an earlier version of 5.5 that did not contain the latest security update.
