When I try and find my cache folder, either the “Application Data” (for XP users) or “ProgramData” (for Vista users) folder doesn show up! What do I do?

You need to enable the viewing of hidden files and folders on your computer. For XP users, go to Tools > Folder Options > View (tab) > Show hidden files and folders. For Vista users, click Organize > Folder and Search Options > View (tab) > Show hidden files and folders.
