When I tried to set up a new account online, it said an account with my email address as the username was already in use. Whats up with that?

If you have registered online for the Annual Meeting using your email address, then you already have an account set up. Use that login information to register for Triennial XIII as well. If you have been receiving email updates about Triennial XIII, an account has automatically been created for you with the email address at which you have been receiving Triennial XIII news emails. To register for Triennial XIII, you will need to reset your password. There is a link to reset your password on the first page of the registration portal. When you click this link, a separate window will pop up with instructions. You will need to enter your email address; you will immediately receive an email with a link to create a new password. You may then log in on the first page of the registration portal as a returning user using the new password you created.
