Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate tracking system for your shipment. A full list is available in More Tracking Options on the top left of this page. Rember to remove all spaces, hyphens and other punctuation from your Air and Road Express tracking numbers. The most common DHL Express tracking numbers used are: 1) Air Express Air Waybill 10 digit number. These are located above the barcode on the printed Air Waybill and should be entered without spaces. The tracking system holds shipment information for the past 90 days. 2) US Air Express Air Waybill 11 and 12 digit numbers. Please track these using the Fast Track option only. 3) Europlus Identcode / European Road Express 18 digit Licence Plate numbers (usually starting JD000). 4) 12 digit numeric Parcel Numbers within Ireland and the UK.
