When I take the money from the customers, where do I bank the money to pay Kleeneze?
Your customers can pay for their order by cash or cheque. The cheques should be payable to Kleeneze and you pay these into Nat West bank (although your bank may be prepared to accept them if you don’t bank with Nat West – ours does!) using bank giro credit slips which are provided by Kleeneze. You can, of course, pay cash in via this method but it takes a couple of days or so for the funds to clear through to your Kleeneze account. The best way to handle the cash is to pay it into your bank account (you may want to set up another bank account to keep the Kleeneze money separate from your normal “day-to-day” account) and then pay Kleeneze using your debit card – the funds clear a great deal quicker using this method.
