When you setup a payee for E-Bills, your next billing statement should arrive in the new E-Bill digital format. A Change of Address notice will be sent to your payee, requesting that your paper bill be redirected to your home or service address. If a duplicate paper bill is received at the Paytrust Processing Center, it will be scanned and presented to you as a notice (rather than a bill). Some payees may offer the option of “turning off” the paper bill – either by indicating such a preference on their Web site, or by contacting their Customer Service department via phone or email.
