When I swipe a card with the Simple Swiper, it gets charged twice. What happened?
This can occur if your Windows software is not up to date. To resolve, open Internet Explorer. Go to Tool -> Windows Update. Then click the Custom Button and Install the updates. You can try the Express button first, however the Custom button provides are much greater list of updates. Retest your computer after the updates by doing a $1 credit-swiped transaction.
