When I start to install Credit-Aid™ Software, I am getting a message window that says “Unknown Publisher.” What does that mean and what should I do?
We are not affiliated with Microsoft and, therefore we will always be an “Unknown Publisher.” This is just part of Windows security letting you know that our software has not been verified by Microsoft. When you seen “Unknown Publisher” simply continue the install process. Q: I have downloaded the software but I cannot open the zip file. Windows is asking me what program to use.
