When I start the OfficeReady Template Browser, I get an error “Unable to read Templates path”?
A. In a compact type of installation, the OfficeReady content, i.e. templates, previews and thumbnails are left on the CD. This error occurs if you have taken the CD out of your drive. To circumvent the error, put the CD back into your drive and click Retry. To specify another path for the templates, click New. In the compact installation, if you have left the OfficeReady content on the CD, then you can only change the drive letter. You cannot change the path. However, if the templates are on the hard disk, you can change the drive and the path.
