You have probably opened Microsoft Messaging or Outlook by mistake. These programs are for use with Microsoft email servers and are not completely compatible with Groupwise. Go to Start button, select Settings, Control Panel, Mail and Fax. A windows will open and list 4 or 5 servers. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Remove.
