When AccuTerm starts up it attempts to detect whether PicLan is installed on your computer. PicLan support may be disabled in AccuTerm 97 release 3.1e and above, and in AccuTerm 2000. To disable PicLan support, open the ATWIN.INI file using Notepad (its in the …\Program Files\Atwin folder).
