When i sneeze cough or gag i get really bad pain in my lower stomach?
Hi all what you have said is normal and you are doing fine, I used to get such a bad pain right across my stomach not just one one side when I sneezed, I was in agony if I sneezed alot as it really hurt once I sneezed and I could move as the pain was so bad, I didnt know weather to laugh or cry, god knows what labour will be like if iot was anything like that. I had to keep remembering to sneeze gently and when I feel a sneeze to move or stand up as the more I sneezed when I was sat down is when I got the pain, I think it just has something to do with the uterus, now my baby is bigger I am 28 weeks when I sneeze I dont get it now, you can always ask I did ask but I would of like to know what caused it as it really hurts. As for your tummy being itchy becaful not to itch it as it canmake strech marks worse, and I too had an itchy skin during the first few months I also had a rash and was allergic to basically everything I had a wash with lol, but I find that my skin was just really. dry
