Yes. Since TELUS will be managing the company’s e-mail, the entire company must be moved over to the service. Anyone using the same email domain (e.g. jon@mycompany.com) must be hosted together. One of the benefits of TELUS Business Email Service is that you can choose the level of functionality that you want to provide each user, and pay accordingly. Even at the Basic level, TELUS Business Email Service provides excellent anti-spam and anti-virus protection – a great value.
