For Columbia Gas of Ohio: You will begin to see your new Integrys Energy price on your gas bill within one to two months of signing up with Integrys Energy. For example: anyone who enrolls into the Customer CHOICE Program before the 13th of any month – and meets Columbia Gas eligibility – will see the Integrys Energy price on the bill they receive in the next calendar month. The contract length is for month-to-month service that you may cancel at any time without penalty. Rates fluctuate monthly with the natural gas market. Your rate may increase or decrease with the trend of the market. Monthly rates are typically published 10 days prior to the following month. Should you move to a location that is eligible for participation in the Columbia Gas Customer CHOICE Program – you will need to contact Integrys Energy to re-enroll and begin a new contract for your new address.
