When I send my query results to a Standard Report, the columns are wide and spreading across more than one page. How can I get them to all on one page automatically?
Answer -In BI/Query 7.0 and prior, the width of standard report columns is determined by the largest column in the query and then calculated based on the Windows Font you have specified under Tools>Preferences>Windows Fonts. If your columns are being created wide and do not all fit on one page, you can adjust the font so that the columns are created smaller. Usually Arial Narrow is the best font to choose in this situation. Try 10 and then start reducing the number until you see the columns all fit on one page.
