When I send messages to the new public distribution lists or groups in OWA for certain departments, not everyone in that department gets the message. What’s going on?

Certain distribution lists and groups have not been completely migrated to the new Exchange server. Until these new groups and distribution lists have been moved you may continue to use the original public distribution lists that were available in Open-Mail.
