When I send emails, containing Arabic text, which are received via a PC based email account the Arabic text does not display correctly. How do I fix this issue?

When you open a new email message within Outlook Mobile, tap Menu > Message Options and from the Language dropdown list select Unicode (UTF-8). Then continue preparing your email.
