This sometimes happens when your default browser is America Online (AOL). You need to change your default browser to Internet Explorer. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Close Lawgic and connect to the Internet using AOL as you normally would. 2. Then, minimize AOL and open an Internet Explorer browser. 3. Select Tools / Internet Options from the IE menu. 4. Click on the Programs tab and click the Reset Web Settings button. Also, below the button be sure the “Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser” box is checked and click the Apply button. 5. Open Lawgic and select Help and then Resources. You should now see Resources displayed for your product. Note: Some products contain links to Internet web pages. You need to be connected to the Internet in order to be taken to these web pages. Otherwise, you will get a standard ‘Cannot Display Page’ message.
