When I select multiple countries or multiple venues, why does the mouse pointer change to an hour glass?
If you choose either ‘multiple countries’ (products/services) or ‘multiple venues’ (events) then the screen has to momentarily reload, because the information you need to fill in for a multiple country/venue is different from what you fill in for a single country/venue. So when you see the hour glass cursor, simply wait for the hour glass to disappear. Once its gone, you can continue filling in the form.
