When I select “Connect Server”, it has a field for IP address. Where do I find ULS servers IP address?

You probably forgot to copy “servers.fwf” & “userinfo.txt” files into your “System Folder | Preferences” folder. Servers IP address will automatically show up when you select “Connect Server”.
