Some graphic cards (especially ATI Rage class) cause this bug with T-RackS, when in 24 bit or 32 bit “True Color” mode. Please change your screen settings to 16 bit “High Color” mode. If this action does not solve your problem, try upgrading your graphic card’s drivers to the latest version available from the card manufacturer. Remember that T-RackS requires at least the above mentioned screen resolution to work correctly. If you run T-RackS with only 256 colors you will see a warning message that suggests you increase the number of colors. <– Back to FAQ Home In the Mac Intel version of T-RackS Eq (included in the Ignition Pack), after I click on the "I" (Information) button an About windows appear. How can I close it back? Just click on the body of the About Tracks window, not in the top gray area of it or the "I" button.
